Hardwood Flooring

We supply and fit solid hardwood in a range of species (oak, ash, walnut), widths, lengths and laying patterns — including straight plank, herringbone, basket weave and parquet.

Engineered Wood Flooring
Engineered wood flooring has a real wood top layer (wear layer) bonded to a stable plywood or HDF core. It looks and feels like solid hardwood but offers greater dimensional stability — which makes it the right choice in settings where solid wood isn't suitable.
It is compatible with underfloor heating systems, and can be installed in areas with fluctuating temperature and humidity where solid wood would move. We supply and fit engineered wood in a full range of species and finishes.

LVT Flooring
Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) has become one of the most widely specified flooring products in both residential and commercial settings. It is waterproof, extremely durable, and available in a range of formats — plank, tile and stone effect — that convincingly replicate natural materials.
LVT is particularly well suited to kitchens, bathrooms, commercial kitchens, retail, healthcare and any area that sees heavy foot traffic or moisture. We supply and fit LVT in glue-down, loose-lay and click formats.

Laminate Flooring
Modern laminate flooring has come a long way from early products. Today's laminate offers realistic wood and stone-effect surface prints, robust wear layers and straightforward click-together installation — making it a popular choice for residential rooms and light commercial settings.
We supply and fit laminate in a range of widths, lengths, thicknesses and finishes. As with all our installations, every laminate job starts with proper subfloor preparation — levelling and priming the substrate so the floor performs as intended.

Carpet & Carpet Tiles
We supply and fit both broadloom carpet (fitted carpet) and carpet tiles. Carpet remains a popular choice for bedrooms, living rooms and staircases in domestic settings, and carpet tiles are widely used in offices and commercial environments where easy maintenance and section replacement are important.
We work with a range of pile types, constructions and grades — from practical family-friendly options to premium wool blends. Safety flooring — also known as anti-slip flooring — is a specialist resilient product that provides slip resistance even when wet. It is a compliance requirement in commercial kitchens, healthcare settings, care homes, nurseries and other public-facing environments where floor safety is a legal consideration.
We supply and fit safety flooring to commercial and healthcare clients across the central belt. We can advise on the appropriate product for your environment, specify the correct slip resistance rating, and install to manufacturer guidelines including proper subfloor preparation and seam welding where required.

Questions About Our Flooring Services
Can you supply and fit, or just fit flooring I've already bought?
We do both. We can supply and fit from our product range, or fit flooring you've already purchased. If you've bought a product elsewhere, just let us know what it is — we'll carry out the same preparation and installation process we apply to all our jobs.
What's the difference between LVT and laminate?
LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) is a fully synthetic, waterproof product made from PVC layers. Laminate is made from high-density fibreboard with a printed surface layer. LVT is fully waterproof — laminate is not. LVT is generally more durable and better suited to wet areas, commercial environments and high-traffic spaces. Laminate tends to be more cost-effective for dry residential rooms.
Can engineered wood be fitted over underfloor heating?
Yes — engineered wood is compatible with most underfloor heating systems, provided the product is specified correctly and the installation guidelines are followed. We assess the heating system as part of our survey and advise on the right product and fitting method for your specific setup.
Do you work on large commercial projects?
Yes. We have 20 years of experience working in commercial settings — offices, restaurants, healthcare, retail, hospitality and educational facilities. We can work to a programme, coordinate with other trades, and provide the documentation and product specs required for commercial projects.
Why is floor preparation included in every job?
Because it's the difference between a floor that lasts and one that fails. The subfloor must be flat, dry and properly primed before any flooring product goes down. We assess and prepare every subfloor as a matter of course — it's not an optional extra, it's part of how we work.
